General conditions for Floorballsports.com, located at: Marco Polostraat 47hs, 1057WD Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
1. Placing an order
Every person over 18 years of age and every legal company or organization can place an order, by selecting items from our on-line Catalogue, filling in the Billing details, choosing a Payment method and clicking the ‘Place order’ button. As soon as the customer has clicked the ‘Place order’ button, the order is placed.
2. Handling the order
As soon as we have received your order, we will check the availability of the selected items and send you a confirmation. We will start processing your order as soon as we have received your payment and/or confirmation. www.floorballsports.com may always refuse an order.
3. Sending your order and shipping cost
As soon as your order is complete and all other requirements have been fulfilled, we will ship your order through regular international mail (‘standard’ conditions) with Post NL. For bigger packages (sticks and similar) a track and trace code will be sent to you, that way you can track the location on the package yourself. Post NL has agreements on delivery time with almost every country in the world and normal delivery time within Europe (outside The Netherlands) is 3-5 working days. For orders outside on Europe it depends largely on local customs handling but 5-10 working days is what you can expect.
The shipping and handling costs were stated in the ‘shopping cart’ and are valid for all orders.
4. Returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, or in case of damage, you may return the items within 14 days after you received them. Always inform us within 14 days after you received your order.
You may choose either for replacement or a complete refund (shipping costs will never be refunded). Please note that we only accept returned items if they are undamaged/unused and packed as received. Note, that products which the customer has specifically asked for changes to cannot be returned, this includes change of blade or shortening of a stick.
All prices are in EURO and include the Dutch 21% VAT. Please note that for all shipments outside EU, you are responsible for any local taxes that might incur (see also FAQ or contact me for more on this).
6. Complaints about a received product
If a product is wrong/broken or has transport damage the customer should contact me immediately. Send pictures and specify which product it’s about, what the issue is and your order number. We will pay for the shipping cost back but the customer for any transport risk.
With our “100% satisfied customer guarantee” you can always feel safe. Our goal is that you should always feel happy with the products and services we offer. If you are happy with your product for whatever reason you have the right to change or get your money back as point 4 above.
To be able to process your order, we need your full name and address, your email address and preferably a telephone number. This information will only be used to process your order and will never be given to any third party that is not involved in handling and shipping your order, unless legal authorities force us to do so.
These conditions are valid for all orders placed at www.floorballsports.com. In case of any dispute, Dutch and EU law are applicable.
